Good to know

Full Moon Groom is a fully self-contained mobile salon run by Jill, a professional groomer since 2004, serving SW Portland since 2021. Each pet gets her undivided attention in a calm, cage-free van, and a session takes about an hour.

Jill is Reiki certified and brings energy work into every session, which she finds helps nervous and shy dogs. Every visit includes a skin and coat check, shampoo and conditioner suited to the coat, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, a thorough rinse, a warm blow-dry, and nails trimmed and filed smooth.

New clients are accepted with dogs up to 50 lbs, and the van needs a flat place to park. A maintenance schedule of 6 weeks or less is recommended.
