Good to know
Grooming is cage-free, with hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners chosen for each dog's coat type, and products adjusted for dogs with allergies or sensitive skin. A full grooming appointment includes a bath, blow-dry, brushing, haircut, nail trimming, ear cleaning and paw care.
Most appointments take 1 to 3 hours depending on size, coat condition and the services requested. Same-day and advance appointments are available, and anxious, shy and senior dogs are given extra time and breaks as needed.
All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and spayed or neutered if over 6 months. For daycare and boarding stays the club requires Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Leptospirosis, Canine Influenza and Bordetella every 6 months, and expired paperwork is not accepted.
The club is open Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Daycare, overnight boarding, training, socialization and a vet-shuttle concierge service are also offered. Daycare and boarding memberships include one or two complimentary baths, and an exit bath is recommended for any dog boarding four days or longer.
