Good to know

A cage- and crate-free grooming spa: no cage dryers, hand blow-drying only, few animals in the salon at once, breaks when a pet is overwhelmed, and kennels only if you ask for one. Products are cruelty-free, and each appointment starts with a look at the pet's skin and coat so the shampoo, conditioner and masks can be matched to it.

Dogs need current rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines, and cats rabies and distemper; records are due at least 24 hours before the appointment. The salon does not express anal glands, does not use glued-on bows, and does not groom pets with lice, fleas, ticks or other parasites. Color dye is offered.
