Tracy has groomed for more than thirty years, starting at a shop that specialised in poodles, and now works alongside one of her daughters. The salon used to be mobile and is now at a fixed shop on East Colorado.

Puppies start with a getting-to-know-you session of face, feet, sanitary and nails, kept short and fun so they learn the noises and sensations. Seniors do best groomed regularly, since a coat kept in shape means shorter, less stressful sessions. Haircut appointments every 4 to 6 weeks are recommended to keep pricing consistent.

If a session cannot be finished, only the work completed is charged. Health issues and personality quirks should be mentioned at booking.
