Spaw 4 Paws was founded in 2017 by Katelin and her husband Garrett as an in-home salon in Farmington; it opened a Lakeville storefront in 2019, Apple Valley in 2022 and a Farmington storefront in 2025. Grooming is one-on-one, by appointment, in time slots set by each dog's size, coat and temperament. Dogs of all sizes are welcome; hypoallergenic shampoo can be substituted at no charge.

All dogs must be current on rabies and kept leashed. Dogs found with fleas before grooming are sent home with a $25 disinfecting fee; fleas found during the groom mean a flea bath and the dog goes home. Cash, check or card; cards carry a 3.5% convenience fee.

The Farmington salon takes online bookings for some groomers; the salon notes open hours may vary with appointments.
