Every grooming session is tailored to make it a safe, calm, and happy experience for your furry family member.
- Pickup
when the grooming process is almost complete, we will call and give you a head’s up(typically 15-20 minutes beforehand), and you will have an hour after completion time to come pick up your furry friend(s).
Good to know
Quality Pet Spot tailors each groom to the dog, getting to know its quirks and what helps it stay calm, and uses gentle, earth-friendly products.
Each basic package includes a 15-minute brush-out; de-matting beyond that is charged by the time it takes, and a coat too matted to brush out is shaved down. A dog that needs two groomers or extra handling may carry a handling fee, and the groomers will stop a groom if a dog becomes overly stressed.
