Good to know

Dogs are groomed Monday to Saturday, by appointment only. Tracy, the resident cat groomer, grooms cats on Wednesdays.

Grooming is a day visit: drop off between 8:00 and 8:30 am, and the salon texts when your pet is ready. Pick up by 6:00 pm, or 5:00 pm on Saturdays.

During the day each pet gets nail trimming, ear cleaning (and plucking if needed), a pre-shave or undercoat blow-out, a full bath, a forced-air and cage dry, and finish work ranging from a buff to a breed-standard trim.

The owner, Lynn, is a National Certified Master Groomer, and Caysi trained under her. The resort is currently accepting new grooming clients; new clients can register on the online portal but make their first appointment with the front desk.
