Good to know

New clients start with a free meet-and-greet consultation, where you fill out the client paperwork; bring or email your dog's current rabies certificate. Puppies must be up to date on puppy vaccines, and puppies are introduced to grooming from about 16 weeks.

A full groom takes two to four hours depending on size, coat and temperament; the salon calls you when your dog is ready. No walk-ins.

Open by appointment: Tuesday 11 am to 7 pm, Wednesday to Friday from 9 am, and alternating Saturdays 9 am to 3:30 pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Pets with fleas are not accepted; if fleas are found after drop-off the groomer may give a flea bath, with a $50 minimum cleaning and sanitation fee.
