Grooms dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, with groomers trained in fear-free handling and breaks whenever a pet needs one. Nervous first-timers go at their own pace.

The Doral facility also runs a pet hotel, day care and a boutique. Its main page lists Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, while other pages say it is open seven days a week.

Up-to-date vaccinations are required: rabies, DHPP and Bordetella for dogs; rabies and FVRCP for cats. Booking 24 to 48 hours ahead is recommended, especially for weekends.
