Nails and Add-Ons

Packages are priced on top of a bath or a groom; the a la carte prices stand on their own.

Bath and groom prices are the starting price for the size band and move with the dog's hair length and the service chosen; a materials fee covering supplies is added to every grooming service, and it is not a service fee or a gratuity.

A visit runs about two to four hours: check-in with their 7-Point Pet Care Check, a brush and clip, the haircut, the bath and dry, and a report card at the end. Small services like a nail trim take about five minutes.

Dogs 16 weeks and older need a rabies vaccine. Puppies under 16 weeks need at least two rounds of puppy starter vaccines covering distemper, hepatitis and parvovirus. Any vaccine has to be given at least 24 hours before the grooming session.

Dog-to-dog contact is prevented while pets are in the salon, ramps or steps get senior dogs into the tubs, and very large dogs are bathed on the floor. A VIP option with less kennel and wait time is offered for dogs prone to anxiety and for flat-faced breeds such as French Bulldogs, English Bulldogs, Pugs and Boxers.

Once an appointment is booked they send a questionnaire asking about any special needs or sensitivities.
