Every pet gets one groomer from start to finish, with no batch drop-offs and no waiting between steps, and a skin, ear, paw and coat check at every visit so anything unusual can be followed up with a vet.

Nervous, senior and special-needs dogs and cats are handled gently, with quiet drying options and breaks as needed. Cats are never sedated.

Grooming is by appointment; same-day spots are taken when the schedule has an opening. Owners get a text when their pet is ready.
