Every groom includes a coat and skin check, ear cleaning, pads clipped, hygiene area cleaning, nail clipping, shampoo and creme rinse; final pricing is set at the first visit.

Patricia Dee is a master groomer for all breeds of dogs and cats, with 34 years of grooming behind her. Each pet is groomed individually rather than assembly-line, and clients know who is grooming their pet.

She grooms from her home on Randolph Road. The site lists Thursday and Friday in one place and Friday and Saturday in another.
