Good to know
Mr Pups grooms one dog per groomer at a time, so nervous or shy dogs have the shop to themselves. Every service is all-inclusive, with no add-on upselling.
Coat types: smooth or short (greyhound, boxer), wavy or straight, double (German shepherd, corgi), heavy (husky, Great Pyrenees), and curly (poodle, most doodles). Sizes run S under 16 lbs, M 16 to 40, L 41 to 70, XL over 70.
A first groom adds at least 30 minutes of extra care and breaks. Appointments take from 30 minutes to four hours depending on the dog.
New clients need a meet and greet and a current rabies vaccination on file before booking. Appointments are requested online and confirmed by the salon.
Mr Pups also runs dog walking, park outings and pet sitting, which are separate from the salon.
