Good to know
Meowser was opened in 2004 by Angela Murdock, a Certified Feline Master Groomer, and has been a cats-only salon for years, with three feline-exclusive groomers. The aim is the calmest, quietest setting possible, getting to know each cat and its needs.
A typical full groom takes two to three hours; coat condition, handling and temperament can make it longer. The salon suggests nail trims every 8 to 12 weeks, bath and brush every 8 to 16 weeks for long-haired cats and 12 to 16 weeks for short-haired cats, and lion cuts every 12 to 16 weeks.
Meowser also runs cat-only boarding. As a small business, its hours may vary.
