Every appointment is for one household. The van is fully self-contained with its own power and water, and cats are groomed inside it, parked at your home or as close as parking allows.

The groomer texts when on the way and calls on arrival. Cats must be handed over in a secure carrier, and an owner must be present for a first visit to talk through the cat's health, grooming history and goals.

Most appointments take about 40 minutes. The van serves San Francisco only, not Treasure Island, Yerba Buena Island, Colma, Daly City, South San Francisco or the East Bay. The last appointment of the day is one hour before closing.
