JV Mobile Pet Grooming started in June 2025. Owner Josue Villatoro learned grooming through his family's grooming business, and grooms one dog at a time in a climate-controlled van parked at your door, with no cages and no other dogs.

The van serves Northwest and Northeast Washington, DC, not east of the Anacostia River. Dogs up to 50 lbs only, and no cats.

First-time clients pay a $50 deposit to hold the appointment, applied to the bill. Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination. Severely matted coats may need a shorter shave-down for comfort, and a groom can be stopped if a dog is aggressive.
