Good to know

Julian's Pet Grooming has groomed dogs and cats in El Paso since 1966 and runs three stores across the city. Every full groom includes a bow or bandana and perfume at no extra charge, and all grooming carries a 24-hour warranty: if you are not happy, the groomer will fix it on the spot.

Rabies records or tags are required on the first visit. Dogs with an existing condition need a signed release, and the salon asks you to sign or decline the sanitary cut. Prices are confirmed once the salon sees the dog, and card payments carry a 2% charge.

Online appointments stay pending until staff approve them, and walk-ins are seen after appointments. Expect waits on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and two-dog special days, even with an appointment.

The Rojas store is now open on Sundays. One special at a time, and discounts do not apply to bath and brush.
