We hand-dry every dog.
- Pickup
We work on your pup throughout the day, giving them breaks whenever they need them, and call you as soon as they're finished and ready to come home.
Good to know
Hillcrest has run from the same Dickerson Pike address since the 1950s and is now in its second generation of family ownership. Boarding and daycare share the building, so a groom can be booked for the same day as a stay.
All grooming is by appointment. Drop-off is between 7 and 9 a.m.; your dog is groomed through the day with breaks and you get a call when they are ready. One groomer, Jordan, works on every dog.
Severely matted coats are not dematted; a full shave-down is recommended instead.
