Good to know
Heavenly Pet Resort runs the West Covina resort alongside its own locations in Temple City and Upland.
The facility is heated and air-conditioned throughout, with outdoor misters and a landscaped garden, and grooming runs off HydroSurge bathing equipment.
Pets need current vaccinations before a visit: DHPP, rabies and bordetella for dogs, FVRCP and rabies for cats. Bring the records.
Every pet must be on Frontline Plus or another flea and tick control, and the front desk will treat a pet that arrives without it.
A pet bathed or groomed on the day it goes home is not charged the late pick-up daycare fee.
Tours of the resort run Monday to Saturday, noon to 3 pm. The resort is closed to the public on major holidays.
