Hawkeye's is a one-on-one salon: dogs are taken one appointment at a time and groomed straight through, each stylist in a private suite, so no dog waits in a kennel or around other dogs. The groomers are Fear Free certified and use positive reinforcement, and the salon handles all breeds and sizes.

The shop is licensed through PACFA and insured, and every groomer is Pet CPR and First Aid certified. Work ranges from breed-standard trims to full hand-scissored cuts, handstripping and creative grooming.

Pricing is based on coat type and condition, behavior, health, size and time. Prices can go up for a dog not groomed in 10 or more weeks, extra dematting or deshedding, or special handling. Creative grooming, handstripping, seniors and dogs with special health or behavior needs may be asked to book a free consultation first.

Open by appointment only. Drop off at your appointment time; a drop-off 15 or more minutes late counts as a no-show. Pickups have a 15-minute grace period, then $10 per 15 minutes. Rabies must be current, and the salon does not sedate pets.
