Happy Tails has served pets and families in the Cleveland area for over 19 years.
The salon does not work on individual appointment times: pets are dropped off in the morning between opening and 10 am, and the salon calls when the groom is finished. Special-needs appointments can be scheduled, though they may be booked further out. Dogs are walked as needed during their stay, and owners are asked not to stay during the groom.
