Every groom comes with a signature bandana, and the salon takes seasonal photos. Cage-less grooming is available for small and medium dogs that cannot go into kennels, along with an express service and curbside drop-off and pick-up with a booked appointment; these are limited, so confirm availability first.
Walk-in nail trims are taken from 9am to 3pm, and walk-in grooms when there is room, though booking ahead is strongly recommended. Some cats must be groomed in a vet facility. The salon also runs a weekday unlimited bath membership for short-haired dogs.
