Glass City K9 has trained dogs in Toledo since 2011, and its trainers work in the building during grooming appointments, so anxious, fearful, reactive and never-groomed dogs are welcome. Dogs are never sedated; the groomers work at the dog's pace.

Grooming is by appointment only. Nail trims are the exception: walk in during open hours.

Cats are groomed too; ask about cat services when you book.

Proof of rabies, Bordetella and DHLPP is needed. If severe matting is found, the groomer stops and calls you before going further.
