Gabby the Groomer started in 2021 and specializes in pets that struggle in conventional salons, whether from anxiety, aggression, health or age. The team uses fear-free techniques.
One Sunday each month the shop grooms cats only. The cat stylist books new cats for baths and brush-outs.
The business also runs mobile grooming around Metro Nashville, Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm; mobile visits cost more than drop-off at the shop.
Every client completes an intake form in the online booking system. Owners can stay nearby during the groom.
Recommended schedule: every 4 to 6 weeks for long coats, 6 to 8 weeks for short coats. Puppies can start around 3 to 4 months, once they have had their parvo vaccine.
