Evelyn Mendoza runs the salon. It has an open-concept grooming floor, with stations set up for small, big and older dogs, and uses natural, wholesome products.

Dogs must be at least three months old, through their full vaccination cycle and in good health.

If you are unhappy with a groom, the salon offers a correction appointment within a week, never on a Saturday.

The salon also runs a grooming school, so supervised students train on the salon floor.
