Good to know
D'Tails has been a pet store in Boston's South End since July 2011, with dog grooming and daycare under the same roof. Every dog that visits gets a complimentary treat.
Morning grooming appointments run Monday to Friday from 7 to 10 am, with afternoon appointments Tuesday to Thursday from 12 to 5 pm, and some Friday and Saturday afternoons week by week.
New clients start with a grooming inquiry form and complete a consent form once before the first appointment, including the dog's rabies vaccination record. Returning clients request appointments through a separate form.
The salon is not currently grooming cats.
