Grooming is offered at DOGMA's West Village location by its master groomers; the space also runs daycare and boarding.
On a puppy's first cut the face may not be cut exactly to your specifications, since groomers won't take sharp tools near the eyes. First-timers are encouraged to book baths between grooms so they get used to the groomer.
Even for a bath the coat has to be fully brushed out; if it is too matted to detangle, the groomer will tell you.
