Uses certified organic shampoos and conditioners, gently massaged in from head to tail.

Every bath and haircut includes teeth brushing, a 15-minute brush-out, nail trim and grind, and ear cleaning, with plucking if needed and flushing on request.

Walk-ins are taken for nail trims and anal gland expression.

Dropping off more than 15 minutes late adds a $10 fee, and a $15 fee applies if there is no reply within an hour of the ready-for-pick-up text.
