Good to know

Clippingdales started in 1997 in a small shop off Indian Rocks Road and later moved to its larger space on West Bay Drive. It is a locally owned, non-franchised salon and an AKC S.A.F.E. certified salon.

The salon is cage free, and you are welcome to watch the groomers work through its large studio windows. The groomers work with all breeds, from Great Pyrenees and Portuguese Water Dogs to Shih Tzus, Doodles and Maltese.

Owner Janelle Burgauer has groomed dogs and cats professionally since 2009 and took over Clippingdales in 2023.

The salon does not de-mat; matted pets carry an extra charge for the time and care involved. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and flea treatment.

Online appointments are requests until the salon confirms them.
