Pricing is set by the pet's size, breed, coat condition and hair length; every groom includes a bath, fluff dry, brushing, nail trim, ear cleaning, feet and sanitary clip and a fragrance spray.

Brush, Bath and Beyond grooms dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes, and its groomers spend time every month on continuing education. It is one of the few salons in the Salt Lake area with a Thera-Clean microbubble bath. The business also has a Salt Lake City store.

The salon does not sedate pets and does not groom pets with a history of aggression. Owners wait outside or come back at pickup, and proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required. Walk-ins are taken when possible, but booking ahead is encouraged; arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a new time.
