My sisters 6 month old turtle (Zoro) was doing fine this morning but stopped moving…

My sisters 6 month old turtle (Zoro) was doing fine this morning but stopped moving completely about 4 ish hours ago. His eyes were wide open and he wouldn’t respond to anything. I put him in a box with a towel under him and kept his light point a little towards the box (not directly over him though.) he’s since closed his eyes and moved his leg a little.
