The FAQ tells owners to go straight to an emergency hospital for life-threatening problems such as unstoppable bleeding, inability to breathe, unconsciousness or severe trauma, and offers to triage urgent problems such as a bleeding wound, rattlesnake bite or toxin ingestion during opening hours.
