Emergency and urgent care vets in Concord, CA
4 practices in Concord say they take emergency or urgent cases. Each one says so on its own website or in its own name.
These practices describe urgent or emergency work on their own websites. That is not the same as being open right now, and it is not the same as a dedicated emergency hospital: hours change, rotas change, and a practice that takes urgent cases on a weekday may not on a Sunday. Phone before you drive. If an animal is in trouble this minute, call the nearest emergency veterinary hospital rather than working down a list.

ABC Veterinary Hospital
2056 East St
From their website: Emergency wording appears only on the practice's area-of-service pages, which say it offers "preventive and emergency care" and that "your vet also offers emergency treatment"; the main services page does not list emergency care. Posted hours are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm, closed Sunday. The site makes no 24-hour, overnight or after-hours claim anywhere, and names no after-hours referral hospital.
Concord Veterinary Clinic
5201 Clayton Rd, Concord, CA, 94521
From their website: Emergency and critical care is offered during office hours only. The clinic is closed Wednesday and Sunday, and after hours it refers pet owners to Sage Veterinary Centers in Concord and Apollo Veterinary Hospital in Walnut Creek.
All Bay Animal Hospital
1739 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA, 94520
From their website: Temporarily closed. A notice on every page of the site says the hospital is currently closed after a fire and directs pet owners to Ygnacio Animal Hospital, 941 Ygnacio Valley Rd, Walnut Creek, (925) 935-4880. When open, the site says it sees emergency and urgent care cases only during regular clinic hours and refers after-hours emergencies to SAGE Veterinary Centers in Concord, (925) 627-7243, which it lists as open 24/7.
