Prices are set by weight and coat; a detailed or custom cut can cost more, and difficult handling or matting adds $5 to $20, agreed at check-in.
Grooming is by appointment, made by phone or email. A groom can be added to a daycare day or boarding stay. Scheduled pick-up for grooming is 12:00 pm; a dog picked up earlier may still be slightly damp.
The spa uses hypoallergenic shampoos and conditioners, with crate and handheld dryers. Mats are brushed out gently; if a mat can't come out, the groomer will tell you rather than stress the dog. Bathing older or health-compromised dogs is at the groomer's discretion.
Rabies vaccination is required for grooming; distemper and Bordetella are strongly recommended. Send a photo of the style you want before a full groom.
