Dogs take about 1.5 to 3 hours and some cats up to 2; heavy matting takes more time and costs more, and they say so before starting.
Reverse osmosis water runs through the whole building, for drinking and bathing; every wash includes a wellness check of skin, coat, ears, nails, teeth, and glands.
Cats are fully separate from dogs, in individual condos with climbing, perches, and hiding spots; cat daycare and boarding are the same price because of the setup.
Cat haircuts, including lion cuts, are for medical reasons only; otherwise they brush out and keep coat and skin healthy.
A dog's first daycare or boarding visit is a free ten-minute Meet and Greet (9-11am or 1-3pm); cats do not need one and grooming books without it.
Dogs need rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations; cats need rabies and FVRCP.
Curbside pickup and drop-off: pull into the loading zone and they come out.
Walks are extra on daycare and boarding and are not a grooming add-on.
