Appointments are required; walk-ins are taken only when there is room. New clients sign a service agreement before the first visit, and online bookings hold a card without charging it. For some bookings in peak seasons a non-refundable 50% deposit may be asked of new customers.

Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper and parvovirus vaccines. The salon cannot groom dogs that are aggressive, over 14, pregnant or in heat, or that have heart, back, neck or trachea problems, active ear infections or open wounds. A second handler adds a $20 special-handling fee, arriving more than 15 minutes late can mean a $15 late fee or a reschedule, and late pick-ups are $5 per 15 minutes. Severely matted coats may need a shave-down at extra cost, discussed with you first. Owners wait outside the grooming area.
