Good to know
A small dog usually takes about four hours. Saturday is the busiest day, so a weekday visit means a quicker turnaround; if you need your dog back by a set time, agree it at drop-off.
Dogs come in on a collar and leash, and cats in a secure carrier (no cardboard boxes). Matted cats are shaved rather than detangled.
Any pet found with fleas or ticks gets a flea and tick bath at the extra charge.
