Good to know
The Groom Room was founded by Taryn Justice, a Certified Master Groomer with more than 15 years of experience, after years in high-volume shops. Dogs are groomed one at a time and are never crated for hours. The team is Fear Free certified and pet first aid and CPR certified, with particular experience in doodles and poodle mixes.
Most grooms take two to four hours. First-time clients need rabies, distemper/parvo and bordetella records. Every new dog gets a behavior assessment, muzzles are used when needed for safety, and senior and severely matted pets need a signed release at booking. Late pickups are charged $25 for every 30 minutes past the scheduled time.
