  • How long a groom takesMost appointments last around 3 hours, depending on how long it takes your dog's coat to dry, although it may take until the end of the workday.
  • PickupOur automated system will send a message 15 minutes before your dog is ready for pickup which will give 45 minutes for pickup unless previously agreed upon.
  • Vaccine records requiredThe Dog Shop requires proof of rabies vaccinations for all clients, including walk-in clients.
