Good to know

The Dirty Dog Grooming offers bathing and grooming for dogs and cats in Broomfield, by appointment, with walk-in services available preferably before 3 pm.

Colorado requires proof of rabies, distemper and parvovirus vaccination on file before any service. Pets must be leashed, held or in a carrier coming and going, and cats always in a carrier. Cat appointments are often limited to early morning and late afternoon, around the dogs in the shop.

Appointments run on the hour, and pets should be picked up within an hour of finishing; after that a kennel fee of $5 per hour applies. Free touch-ups are offered up to a week after a groom.

Matted pets need a signed release, and extra fees can apply for matting, behavior, skunk, flea or tick treatment.
