The Dawg Shoppe has groomed in Grove City since 2013. Every appointment is one-on-one: your groomer works with your dog from start to finish, and early morning, evening and weekend slots are available, with same-day estimates and a run-down of what to expect.

Each groomer works independently with their own policies and hours. Owner Dana is an advanced stylist with over 10 years of experience; Dana and Taylor specialise in first puppy grooms, and Jamie is especially gentle with seniors and dogs who struggle with grooming.

Cats come in for nail trims, usually in the calm late evening, and full cat grooming is in the works. Most dogs do best on a 4 to 6 week schedule; weekends and evenings fill fast, so booking the next visit or two at pickup helps.

Owners wait outside during the groom, except for nail trims. Matted coats are clipped short enough to get safely under the mats, with a heads-up first. Dogs must be current on rabies.
