Every groomer has at least five years of experience and is certified, and the manager is a certified Master Groomer. A manager or owner is always on duty.
The salon will not perform any grooming a pet is uncomfortable with, and there is no charge for any part of a service it cannot complete. If extra care is needed, the salon talks to you first.
