Good to know

Tailored Tails is a locally owned, crate-free grooming studio in downtown Chagrin Falls, in Coach House Square. Each dog gets a dedicated groomer, the team holds AKC S.A.F.E. and Fear Free certifications, and every visit ends with a report card and a professional portrait. Curbside drop-off is available.

A free Meet & Treat visit lets nervous or first-time dogs explore the salon before their first groom, and an optional drop of blessed water is offered before pets go home. Appointments usually take one and a half to three hours. Rabies vaccination is required; bordetella and distemper/parvo are strongly recommended.
