Heavily matted coats are $1 per minute extra.

Every appointment is one-on-one with a single stylist, and grooming is unhurried: 3 to 4 hours is typical.

Rabies and DHPP vaccine records must be on file. A card on file is required to book, first-time clients pay a $35 deposit applied to the service, and creative sessions take a $100 deposit.

The salon does not offer daycare; pets should be collected within half an hour of the finish call.
