Swaggs Pet Grooming Spa grooms all breeds of dogs and cats with premium products in a low-stress setting, serving Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Agoura Hills and Oak Park.

Owner Edgar has more than 16 years of grooming experience and has trained groomers across the industry.

Open Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 5, and Saturday by appointment. Proof of rabies vaccination is required.
