Hours

Good to know

Sundance Pet Grooming serves the Lake Norman area with salons in Huntersville and Cornelius and mobile grooming vans, including a solar-powered van. The Huntersville salon is now open on Sundays. Dogs of all sizes are welcome, and cats are groomed at the salons only, in a separate cat room.

Every groom starts with a quick wellness check of coat, skin, nails and any special needs, and anal glands are expressed externally on request. The salons use minimal or no caging, have self-wash stations, and disinfect tables and surfaces after every dog.

Matted or unkempt coats are billed at $1.25 a minute ($75 an hour), and a badly matted coat may need a shave-down. Dogs with fleas are not accepted; fleas found at check-in that were not disclosed carry a sanitation fee of $75 to $95 by size.

Last-minute appointments are taken when possible. Booking is by call or text, or through the salon's own app. Payment is due at the time of service, by cash, check or card.
