Full-service baths come in six formulas (Signature, Crisp Coat, Skin Soothing, Whitening and Brightening, Fragrance-Free, Puppy); the final price is set at check-in by breed, size, coat and temperament.

Suds uses natural and organic, biodegradable products and works on one dog at a time from drop-off to finish. Dogs are never cage dried; they are hand dried or towel dried.

On weekdays full grooms can be booked from 8 am, before the store opens. Drop off no more than 10 minutes early, and pick up within 30 minutes of the call or a $20 boarding fee applies.

Dogs must be current on rabies. A card is held for full-service bookings and charged at pickup. Matted coats carry a dematting fee, and a $20 flea treatment is charged if fleas are found. If a dog becomes too stressed the groom stops and only the work done is charged.

Self-wash is by appointment; flea baths are not allowed in the self-wash tubs.
