- Nervous or anxious pets
Have an anxious pet? We’ll do our very best to spend extra care to calm and sooth their anxiety and make their experience as welcoming as possible.
- Senior pets
We treat and pamper canines, from puppies to elderly dogs, at our Florence location.
- Hand drying
We hand dry almost every pet start to finish, but there are occasions where you pet must be kennel dried due to behavior or temperament.
- Grooms cats

We’re happy to perform a breed-specific trim or a trim specific to your preferences.
- How long a groom takes
We estimate for the salon 2-3 hours, and our mobile grooming usually takes 1 hour for most breeds.
- Pickup
Our team will send you a confirmation text or call as soon as your pet is ready for pickup!
- Vaccine records required
In compliance with state laws, all dogs and cats must be up to date on their rabies vaccinations.
