The grooming department at this location takes dogs Tuesday to Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The grooming spa uses natural, botanical products and a Hydrosurge massage bathing system, with medicated, hypoallergenic and special conditioning shampoo options; every dog is fluffed and dried by hand rather than with cage dryers, and younger puppies and older dogs get special handling.

All pets must be healthy and free of contagious illness and current on an active flea and tick preventative; a dog arriving with fleas is bathed at the owner's expense. Boarding and daycare guests also need current Rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella vaccinations, and daycare and private boarding start with a 45-minute interview and tour.

Payment is due at pickup, by cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Discover. They run a second location in Culver City.
