Each basic package includes a 15-minute brush-out; de-matting beyond that is charged by the time it takes, and a coat too matted to brush out is shaved down. A dog that needs two groomers or extra handling may carry a handling fee, and the groomers will stop a groom if a dog becomes overly stressed.
